Service Recommendation Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. What is service recommendation?
Service recommendation is a community feature in the Yimdeek app that lets you recommend a service provider you have actually dealt with and were happy with, using the "Recommend a Service" command inside the app. Once verified, the provider is added to the Yimdeek database so they appear in Aref Plus's results and other users benefit from your recommendation.
2. Recommendation rules
- The recommendation must be based on a real, direct experience between you and the provider.
- The provider must operate within Saudi Arabia.
- You must provide correct contact details for the provider (mobile number or WhatsApp).
- The provider must know and agree that their details will be listed on the Yimdeek platform.
3. What is not accepted
- Self-promotional recommendations — if you are a provider and want to list yourself, use the "Offer Your Service" page instead.
- Fake recommendations, or ones based on hearsay without direct experience.
- Any inaccurate or misleading information, or content that is abusive or violates the provider's privacy.
4. Verification and publishing
The Yimdeek team reviews every recommendation before publishing it, and may contact the provider to confirm the details and their consent to be listed. The Yimdeek team reserves the right to accept or reject any recommendation, or to request additional information before approving it.
5. Removal
A provider may ask for their details to be removed from the platform at any time. Recommendations proven to be inaccurate or misleading are also removed. To request removal or report a recommendation, contact us via yimdeek.com.
6. Limits of responsibility
Recommendations reflect other users' experiences and are provided for guidance only. Yimdeek and Aref Plus do not guarantee the final quality of any service, and any agreement on price, schedule, or warranty is made directly between you and the provider, with no middleman.
